Dynamic Characteristics of a Misaligned Rigid Rotor System with Flexible Supports

چکیده

A misaligned rigid rotor system with flexible supports differing from the traditional system, which refers to its practical rotating center line determined by offset theoretical one, often suffers support structure damage risk. In present work, dynamic characteristics of a squirrel cage are focused, and vibrations stress structures under different offsets investigated experimental simulated analysis. The finite element model for in scaled test rig is established, strain energy distribution analyzed find that first two modes referred rigid-body mainly distributed on supports. Based analysis results, rigid-flexible coupling proposed through data exchange between ADAMS ANSYS validated measurements. conditions focused on, influences misalignment reaction force analytically experimentally. results simulation agree very well measurements reveal static increases just about proportionally levels, but vibration displacement amplitudes show little change. more serious condition, higher cage. Because will bring out additional forces direction, it further result even risk than other parts system.
